You may return your unused product for a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
To request an exchange, please call O-BREAK at +31 6 82 37 39 89. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs on the new items. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed, less the fixed cost of the return shipping label provided for your convenience.

If you need to return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your package or download it from below.
Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return are filled in.
Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible. Affix the included return label to the outside of the package. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. If you choose not to use the return label, you must must include your delivery number.
I lost my returns form, can I print another one?

Please note that if you are using the downloaded version of the return form, please include your delivery number (this is found on your packing slip and on the original shipping label and usually begins with 030) and/or order number on the form you include in your package.
